Before claiming your luggage, please check in with our driver at curbside. You will exit through door #3, located in front of baggage claim carousel #3. Proceed to the center island which is for the LIMO/BUSS holding area. This is the waiting area for our shuttle. The driver is not permitted to leave the shuttle unattended for Airport Security. Markings on the Silver Coach are not visible from the baggage claim area. The logo "eShuttle" is located on the rear window with small 1" letters. If you are being picked up in our sedan, the eShuttle logo will be located on the lower door panel. In the event your flight is delayed, please call us at (205) 702-4566. If we are picking up passengers from different flights, and your flight is delayed longer than 30 minutes, we will transport existing local passengers to their destination and return to the Airport at NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. We should be able to return within 60 to 90 minutes. Your wait should not exceed 30 - 45 minutes after your arrival. Again, please keep our numbers with you in the event your flight is delayed.
